Becky, | I was a little shocked... I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done.
On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice)
also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)
Norm Peters, | Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.

This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order
the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked
the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily
Other than that the frame looks good and works
